Birding the Diablo Range

Description
Enjoy a full day exploring Arroyo Del Valle and Mines Road in this wild corner of the Bay Area. Our carpooling caravan route will take you along isolated roads running through varied habitat from Livermore through the mountains of Alameda and Santa Clara Counties where we hope to see Phainopepla, Lewis’s Woodpecker, Rufous-crowned Sparrow, and other spring migrants.
Registration opens at 1pm on Friday, February 28 and closes at 11pm on Thursday, April 17.
