Description: Yosemite Slough is a 1,000-foot tidal wetland in San Francisco’s Bayview-Hunters Point district within Candlestick Point State Recreation Area. It features exposed mudflats at low tide (high tide on September 18th is 11.30AM), and generally lots of good bird watching along the restored shoreline. Hoping for some good shorebird action, meadowlarks, sparrows and some early ducks. Unfortunately the parking lot and vehicle gates remain closed.
There are no bathroom at this location. The trail is very accessible.
