Description: Explore Abbott’s Lagoon, birding through open fields, lupine shrubland, the beach, and alongside fresh and brackish water and the ocean. Expect to see a large variety of species and plenty of them including sparrows, quail, corvids, rails, raptors, ducks, gulls, and shorebirds.

Distance: 3.5 miles
Trail Type: Narrow gravel/dirt trail with little elevation gain, walking over dunes and sand at the lagoon and ocean 
Facilities: Vault toilet on-site
