Description: Enjoy the arrival of springtime’s special birds on this mellow walk at Garin Regional Park circling Jordan Pond and ending in a field above to see Grasshopper Sparrows, one of the few North American sparrows that sing two different songs. Other birds we’ll be looking for include Lazuli Bunting, Black-headed Grosbeak, and American and Lesser Goldfinches. We’ll also watch for Golden Eagles soaring overhead, as well as White-tailed Kites.

Registration will open at 1 pm on Wednesday, February 28 and it will close at 11pm on Monday, April 29.
