Birdathon Fundraising and Bay Birding Challenge Orientation #2

In the first half of the orientation we'll go over general friends and family fundraising. How to build confidence to fundraise through your peers, and how to use Pledge-It to setup a personal fundraising page.

The second half of the orientation will be all about the Bay Birding Challenge, our 1-day Big Day competition event on April 27. We'll go over the process for team captains to sign up their teams, the rules of the competition, and have a short Q&A with last year's team captains, Derek Heins and Keith Maley, on how to plan and strategize your big day.
