Abbott’s Lagoon at Point Reyes National Seashore

Explore Abbott’s Lagoon on this 5-mile round trip stroll to the Pacific Ocean and back. Bird through open fields, lupine shrubland, the beach, and along fresh water, brackish water and the ocean. Expect to see a large variety of species including sparrows, quail, corvids, rails, raptors, ducks, gulls, and shorebirds.  

Registration opens at 1pm on Saturday, February 28 and closes at 11pm on Sunday, March 15.
