Description: Join Jeff Miller for a birding trip along Mines Road southeast of Livermore. This remote road along Arroyo Mocho offers chances to view some specialty birds such as yellow-billed magpie, Lewis' woodpecker, greater roadrunner, and California thrasher. This will be vehicle-based birding with multiple stops and limited hiking.

Meet at 7:30 am for carpooling at Robertson Park in Livermore, at the parking lot off S Livermore Avenue (37.670440, -121.750850)
